  • Account sync error

    I am getting the attached errors on account BASIS Oro Valley (35428) every few days. However, this account is not a direct sync with Salesforce and none of our other 23 accounts are getting this error. The account that has a direct sync with Salesforce is BASIS Schools Inc. (35412). All others are shared. Can someone tell me why this is happening. When I go to Connect and try to repost the transactions, it tells me it is doing so but then does not do anything.

    Please login to Salesforce and re-establish connection again for that account and try again. I am thinking that the direct account's Salesforce connection may have an issue.

    Please click on Verify again and then post.

      Did that, didn't work. For both the main account and this one - in both the Legacy portal and in Connect. Some of the transactions appear to be posting in Saleforce, even if the transaction list is not updating to say that they are. And I still get messages saying that this account is having connections errors.

            We are looking for why the following error has started on 12/22/2016

            "The requested resource does not exist"

            Something has been done to your account on 12/22/2016 since on that day all transactions are generating that error. Please note that this error is also being emailed to you.

            We are now debugging the instance and will let you know what is going on. You may want to also review your updates and see if you have done something that may be the root cause of this issue.

              Thank you. Yes, I was aware that it had something to do with that date, and I have been getting the emails, but nothing to my knowledge was done. It will be helpful to see what you find out. In the meantime I will see if our IT team did anything on that date.

                This one is a bit strange.

                All the error'd transactions are in Salesforce and show no errors. They all have posted successfully without any issues but yet Salesforce has responded with an error when we posted to the instance.

                We are submitting a support ticket with Salesforce to figure out what is going on. The error we see is as follows:

                Error Code: 3000
                Detail: The requested resource does not exist

                We will update you, once we have an answer. At this time all your transactions have posted to Salesforce without any issues on the first try so there is nothing to worry about.

                      I have verified that nothing occured on our end on either of the dates indicated in the messages above. I received a message today about an upgrade and the need to reestablish connection, which I did. It has not fixed the issue.

                          We have raised the case at Salesforce Support and trying to find out the root cause of the issue.

                          As stated above we see NO issues with posting but Salesforce has responded with an error when we posted to the instance. We reviewed the transactions for both the Accounts#35428 & 35432 and all the data posted to your instance without any issues.

                          We will update this post once we find out whats going on. We appreciate your patience.
