  • Posting Errored Transactions to Salesforce.

We have a little over 30 transactions in C&P Connect that errored between January 3rd and 4th as well December 23rd. Is there a way for you or us to bulk repost transactions to Salesforce out of connect?

    Thanks!

    Good day dstephens

Currently there is no way to mass push transactions to Salesforce. We are working on this feature and will have it done in about 2 weeks, hopefully before the end of the month.

What is your Click & Pledge account number? Your forum profile states: One Connection Media Group - but I cannot find that name in our customer list.

I may be able to push them for you once I know your account number.

Sorry about that. I consult with a number of companies on their Salesforce and Click and Pledge instances. You are correct. I was referencing Save the Storks Account # 35757.

It seems like the API limited had exceeded and Salesforce had rejected all post backs. Has that issue been resolved?

I see transactions dating back to December and some in August of last year that had experienced the same issue. We can do a batch post of all failed transactions to Salesforce. In posting back the system will delete any duplicate transactions that are in the system already and may trigger any autoresponders you may have.

Just let us know how you wish to proceed. If you want us to post them all back let us know.

There are currently no API limitation issues. I am not sure why the API would have limited on those days, and there are currently no autorseponders set up that I am aware of so there should be no issues there.

            Thanks!
