I have just upgraded my Salesforce to the NPSP 3. The SF donation page now has a Tribute section, so I needed to make our C&P donation custom questions match these new fields in SF. I hope I have done it right, but I need to test it before sending it to our webmaster. I can't find instructions on a test CC # anymore or how to make this new form active or test mode. Can you help?

Good day [email protected]
There is NO test mode option for these forms. In the past we have had (way too many) cases where our clients have taken TEST mode forms and distributed them resulting in major loss of donations. A decision was made in Connect not to offer test mode.
Sorry for the lack of feature.. but frankly we were being blamed for these mistakes and one way to stop the mistake is not to offer it.Regards,

I understand. Is there a way you can check my form to be sure the responses will map to the correct fields in Salesforce? Org # is 00DA0000000Zunn. I have granted access. The form is in the new Connect and is called General Donation Form.Comment

Good day [email protected]
I am not sure I understand the question. We love to help but mapping means different thing to different people.
By default all transactions create contacts, accounts (if NPSP is not installed), opportunities, and do all the mapping without any intervention. The only mapping that may be required is if you wish to map certain custom questions to certain fields in Contact, Account, or Opportunity. These mappings are completely based on the organization's preference and not something we could possibly know.
I assure you that if your account is connected then all transactions will post and business will be as usual. There is no special consideration that needs to be taken into account.
If you have any questions as to if a certain question will map a certain way into a custom field in any of the stated objects please let us know and we will gladly check. Otherwise there is really nothing for us to check.. it will just work.
In reviewing your instance we have noticed that your account is not up-to-date. We released a series of updates last week. Do you want us to upgrade your instance to the latest release? We highly recommend that you upgrade at your earliest convenience. If you want us to upgrade you just say yes and we will do the rest.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Last edited by CnP.Support; 12-26-2016, 07:10 AM.Regards,

Yes, please upgrade my account. and, yes, I was mapping custom questions on my new donation form to the fields in the SF opportunity (tribute donation fields)...tribute type, honoree name, notification recipient name, notification recipient information. That would be great if you could check to see that I did it correctly.Comment

Good day @[email protected]
We have upgraded your instance as requested. Regarding the Custom Question mapping, would you please share the order number of the transaction which you are expecting to map with above fields?
However, as a part of upgrade, it is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the portal & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.
To establish connection please see the following KB article: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...ion#Salesforce

Thank you for upgrading.
Regarding the Custom Mapping question, there is no order # to check as I wanted to be sure I had mapped the new fields correctly before sending the code to our webmaster to add the new form to our website. Is there no way at all to test this form before actually making it live?Comment

Good day @[email protected]
Sorry, as of now there is NO test mode. However, we have reviewed the mapping and all looks good except one typo in question:
We have corrected that for you.
