  • Salesforce Connection

    I am working with a new click and pledge client account # 35970. The salesforce org is 00D36000001Djh8 and you have access to the org. The integration between salesforce and C&P is set up. They are receiving donations through the checkout page that was set up and I am not seeing the transactions in Salesforce. The indicator to pass the information to Salesforce is on and the connection is established. I tried to login to connect to see the transactions and this account does not come up as an account that I have access to. I have access to several other accounts. This is an order number that has come in. Order Number: 1612082141049458981 I would like to be able to push this and any other transaction to SF. Can you help me to get access to the transactions please?

    We reviewed and found that the reason for not posting the data is because of the URL is not valid under 3rd Party Integrations:

    You need to re-establish the connection by entering the correct Login URL as specified in the above example. We noticed that the URL of your instance is: https://na30.salesforce.com

      Thank you. I have posted all of the transactions but I am getting an error on this order number. Can you tell me what the error is?
