To help us with upgrading your instance please make sure to:
I don't seem to see any of the donations coming into the Salesforce donor records. Nor do I see e-mail auto-responder reports even though I got a copy of the sent e-mail.
We reviewed your account and found NO issues with data posting. I see all of the transactions are exist in your instance. There are couple of C&P Temporary Contacts which needs to process to see the donations in donor records. However, it seems that the receipt which you have received is API generic receipt since there is NO Autoresponder settings.
