  • My user cannot see certain C&P report types

    Hi,

    I want my user to use the Opportunities with C&P Recurring IDs report type, but my user cannot see it in the report template list. I see it myself as an Admin. It is not a custom report type, so I don't find how to access the report type in the settings. Do you have any advice?

    Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account with the Admin user as well as from the user having the issue?

    Also, please share the report name/link you are referring to.

      Hi, Thank you very much. I just granted access as the Admin for a week, but it seems I cannot grant access as my user. Could you login as Michigan Development User from the setup? And the report type I was referring to was Opportunities and C&P Recurring IDs. Thank you for looking into this.

        1. Sorry, but it is NOT possible to login into other user. In order to grant the access you need to login with "Michigan Development User" and from there you need to grant access.

        2. We are unable to find the report which you are referring to. Would you please share the link of the report?

                  Thank you. I think this is what my user did, and when she clicked Grant Login Access in the personal settings, she saw Insufficient Privilege message and couldn't do anything there. Do you have any other suggestions?

                    Sorry, without having access to the respective user we can't help you. Since it is an SF Standard Reports, you may need to contact Salesforce Support for better solution in order to get access to above reports.
