I noticed several payments in Connect showing as "not posted". (Order numbers including: 161296581511542436035 ; 161296594029462635237; 1612970542449440996 ) They were all made on 12/9. However, when I go into Salesforce, the transactions are showing up just fine, and I checked the order numbers and it's definitely the exact same transactions.
Is this a bug? I usually check Connect weekly to make sure all transactions are posted and, if not, push them manually to SF. With this discrepancy however, I risk creating duplicates if I push transactions listed as "not posted". But I can't tell which actually haven't posted without running every single order number into Salesforce, so it seems highly likely I'll 'lose' a payment somewhere. Please advise what you think might be causing this mismatch, and how to fix it. Thanks!
