Primary Campaign Source issue

Hi, I have some custom questions set up to fill a "Tribute Type" and "Honoree Name" fields, but for some reason this isn't working, and instead a Campaign is getting created when someone marks a gift as a tribute. Here is the Opportunity I'm referring to: https://na16.salesforce.com/006j0000...Pos=0&srKp=006 How do I fix this?

In the "Campaign" in Connect, I have this specific campaign linked to an FY17 Annual - that is what the "Primary Campaign Source" should be.

We reviewed your instance and noticed that the opportunity which you are referring to order#1612120952237331017 is processed from Salesforce PaaS NOT from the above Connect donation page:



Also we noticed that it doesn't have any custom question associated with which is the reason it didn't map the fields.

Please note that, in the absence of Primary Campaign Source under C&P Settings > Opportunity > Primary Campaign Source, the Item Campaign will be assigned as Primary Campaign Source. In the above case the Item Campaign is: "in memory of Jeff Knopping's brother", it seems that you have entered this campaign name under Item Campaign in VT while processing the transaction.
