Recently discovered an email Autoresponder that was created on 10/19/16 at 9:52am GMT called "CnP Test Responder" - this was not created by myself or my client. It was set up with minimal criteria, and sent emails only to [email protected], with reply to address [email protected] and notifications BCC'ing [email protected].
This prevented thank-you email/receipts to their donors (via Autoresponder). There is also a contact that was created 10/19/16 at 3:29am GMT named "Account Verification" - with a $1 donation that was declined using a Visa ending in 1111, expiring 01/17.
Hopeful this was something coordinated by someone at C&P intentionally, and not potential sign that their account was hacked. We have deactivated that Autoresponder. Guidance is appreciated!
