In Salesforce, there is a Recurring Transaction that (Recurring ID 201796) that had a declined card in October. We were just now able to get ahold of the donor to change the card information. But after changing the card it does not allow for retrying the missed payments and the "next payment" is still showing as October so I am not sure that the next one will actually go. Can you help? Is there something we are missing?
