Hi Susanna,
As shown in the attached screenshots, and the error message you were getting in Salesforce, the issue was due to improper sync of the recurring transactions in Salesforce.
We pushed all the missing transactions from Connect and you should be able to go in and make all your chances now.
If this happens again, you can check the transactions in Connect and see all installments and push the missing ones to Salesforce again.
Please see the link below for the instructions for pushing/re-posting to Salesforce:

Thank you. I have granted you access for one week. Our org ID is: 00D61000000aVFr
Can you tell me why this is happening?
Recurring IDs with issues:
197117 - I need to update this credit card number
161071 - I need to update this credit card number
102599 - I need to update this credit card number
161150 - I believe this is processing correctly, but it still shows an "out of sync" error message
112819 - I believe this is processing correctly, but it still shows an "out of sync" error message
There are also old ones that I've never been able to cancel, because of error messages that prevent it. The error:
List index out of bounds: 0
Error is in expression '{!CancelRecurring}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page cnp_paas:recurringdetail: (CnP_PaaS)
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)
These Recurring IDs should be cancelled: 83578
56508
197188
162525
thanks
Susanna

Good day @Susanna
Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account and share the RecurringID in the question so that we can review and see what is going on?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Edit Credit Card still failing
Hello,
I'm still having "recurring chain is out of sync" problems on recurring charges. I can't edit or cancel them. I just tried to edit a credit card and got this error:
Web service callout failed: WebService returned a SOAP Fault: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. faultcode=a:InternalServiceFault faultactor=
Error is in expression '{!UpdateCardInfo}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page cnp_paas:recurringdetail: (CnP_IaaS)
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_IaaS)
This is a big problem and I assume from the other messages I see that it's a persistent Click & Pledge bug. Will you fix this? What do I do in the short term? Please help!
