  • Temp Contacts conversion errors

    Hi,

    We are using C&P in Salesforce. At the step of converting Temporary Contacts to Contacts, errors keep showing up (Please see attachment).

    The error says cannot trigger a flow. When I type the flow ID in the URL, it gives me "Insufficient Privilege" alert.

    Can you help me with this? Thank you so much!

        We reviewed your instance and it seems that the issue is with the flow you have as shown in the above error. Would you please review the flows you have OR share temp contact order number (also share the ContactID you would like to merge with) so that we can debug the issue.

          Hi there,

          I am a system admin in our company but SF says I don't have the privilege to access to that flow.

          Could you please debug this issue? If you go to "C&P Temporary Contacts" tab, and you may try converting any of the existing temp contacts (they are all new to the system, no ContactID to merge with).

            Oops, the most recent temp contact has a ContactID. Could you please try any temp contacts without a ContactID to merge with? Thanks

              We reviewed your instance and in the debug logs we found that the issue is with the below Process Builder:

              Would you please deactivate the above process builder and try to process the temp contact? If all goes well, then please review the above process builder because according to the debug logs the issue is purely with process builder ONLY.

                  Good day nmoses83

                  We have office hour (Monday - Thursday) that is at the bottom of our signature with each post. The live support is from 3:00 p.m. to as long as it takes to answer all questions. We close the room at 3:30 ET to make sure all those that are present can have their questions answered in a timely manner.

                  Also please create a new thread when you post your questions given everyone in this thread will be notified when you post your question as an addition to an existing thread.

                  if you please create a new thread and explain your issue, we may be able to resolve it for you.
