VT Campaign fields - drop down menu

Is there any way to have the VT Campaign fields be a pick list or a drop down and not a text field? I already know that if certain characters are typed in, the system will pick up any campaigns with those characters in in, but I have users typing all kinds or random things in these two fields, which creates a new campaign in the system and I cannot that. I need to be able to limit what campaigns they can put in, or pick from those fields.

I know that this is something for the next upgrade, but can you do it?
