C&P donor Post Installation on SF prod

Hi

Could you please perform the post installation steps for our C&P installation on SF Production Org 00D50000000O2A1

I have provided 1 week access to C&P support.

Please note that we haven't yet activated C&P on this org since it is already operating on our Old Salesforce Org. We plan to activate it at a later stage.
