So I processed this check through the virtual terminal (order # 161121163635807) I received the email that it has been processed, but I can't find it anywhere in the system. C&P has access to our system (Org ID 00D61000000JSwL). below is a link to the PDF that shows the payment processed (I'm not able to upload the PDF or the link). The items is from a regular donor and isn't in Temp Contacts. https://thelamfoundation.box.com/s/9...qv3181slydeyxr

Ok now none of my donations are processing correctly. I just tried to enter another donation (161121170005698) and nothing is showing in the system. Nothing in the contact record, nothing in C&P Transactions, but I'm receiving the email with order number stating that it is processed.

Went back to SF virtual terminal still not posting. Last check order# 161121172032483. This process seems to have stopped working for me at around 4:37pm. Am I posting to the correct forum?

          Good day kmorgan

It is important to know that the problem is not source related. All transactions posts to our API and then the API posts it back to Salesforce. If transactions are not posting to Salesforce, the source of the transaction is not relevant to the issue.

          Here is the problem.

I just reviewed your transactions & they are all returning the following error from Salesforce: Total Request Limit Exceeded

It seems like you have exceed the API calls.

Have you had a lot of activity in your account this month? the limit has exceeded in your Salesforce. Any idea why?

I'm using DemandTools to deal with some deduping. I guess I didn't know that there was a limit to how many API calls I could have. Is there a way to fix this issue?

              Good day kmorgan

You need to purchase more API calls. Salesforce support is the only option you have to resolve this issue.

Salesforce is simply rejecting our posts and blocks us from doing anything. No API calls available.

Once Salesforce fixes the issue our system will work again.. sorry - some issues are beyond us no matter how hard we try.

What will happen to people trying to donate online with your form on our website?

                    Good day @kmorgan

As stated the problem is not source related. All transactions posts to our API without any issues and the only problem is when the API posts it back to Salesforce.

However, once you reset the API calls, you need to post them manually from Connect: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/1163045

Yes, but you never answered my question... I have added more API calls so will those items now post to SF?

                            Good day kmorgan

Sorry that we are not clear- believe me we are trying to but apparently are failing.

Once you have the API's added you need to login to Connect and post the transactions. It was stated in the previous as well with a link to a KB article showing you how to post the transactions.

The new transactions should post so if a transaction occurs NOW it will post but anything prior to the addition will NOT post.

It is recommended that you re-establish connection through Connect again, in case Salesforce has revoked the previous connection token. Simply go to Connect > Settings and in third party tab re-establish connection.

                            I hope this helps.
