  • Invoice Payment Errors

    Recently we started trying to invoice people using the C&P invoice tools in Salesforce. We created the email and web invoices, the invoice policy, and then the invoice which was emailed to the individual for payment. However, when they try to make a payment, they get the below error message.

    It seems to be issue with the site permissions. Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account so that we can login and review?

        While reviewing we noticed that your C&P Account is NOT connected to your Salesforce instance. Please refer to the following link and re-establish the connection: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...ion#Salesforce

        Please re-establish the connection and ask them to check, if the issue persist, please share the invoice number so we can can review it.

          I re-established the connection (Connection Type= Direct; Gateway= Transfirst) and asked the individual to try again but they said it still doesn't work. That invoice # is Promise686 Invoice/15-11-2016/67.

            We reviewed above invoice and found NO issues. Would you please let us know where exactly they are seeing the above error? While opening the invoice? OR while clicking on Submit button? OR After the payment made?
