eCheck setup in the future charging $1 on setup
When we set up recurring charges with a future run date, a Salesforce opportunity is setup with a zero amount and stage of prospecting. With credit cards on Transfirst a transaction of $1 with a void status is created and the recurring charge occurs on the date in the future. With eChecks, Transfirst charges $1 to the donor at setip (that we see in Salesforce as a zero amount opportunity) and collects and deposits to our account. I don't think that dollar amount should be charged. Can that be changed?
