This leaves me even more confused because on the receipt, under the Organization Info section, there is a paragraph specific to one of our campaigns (see below). I need to know where that is coming from.
Organization Info
Thank you for this generous donation to the Promise686 TOUGH Campaign. You are helping Promise686 in its work to flood the foster care system with wonderful and caring families, addressing a massive shortage of available foster homes! Promise686 takes its name from Psalm 68:6 which states, God sets the lonely in families. We are so thankful for your donation that helps educate and equip churches and families to support vulnerable children, specifically regarding foster care.Leave a comment:

Good day @[email protected]
Since it is default receipt, you may only update the Address/Organizational Information in the receipt which you will find under Account Information in account:
Hope that helps. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Leave a comment:

Receipt Settings
We have an older campaign where people have set up recurring payments (subscriptions) and I am unable to find where the receipt is being generated so that we can update some of the information. In the new connect portal, the campaign says that it is using the Default Receipt but when I navigate to Settings > Receipts, there are no saved receipts. I've logged onto the legacy portal and checked the checkout pages, but nothing there either. Here is the reference number that is generated at the bottom of the email receipt:
26033:26033:115507|AM.20161031.3:d
I had assumed that 115507 was the WID, but I can't find anything with that number.
Thanks.Tags: None
