    I have granted you access to salesforce for one week.

    I am seeing this with a few transactions on the October 2016 Click & Pledge transaction report. For a specific example number, order number = 1610122347349389947. There is one transaction for this donor in Click & Pledge and this is a credited $50. On the transaction report, there are two transactions listed, one a processed $50 and one a refunded $50. In Salesforce, there is only one transaction displaying for this donor in October 2016 and that is the processed $50 donation.

    Having this experience with a few transactions on the transaction report for October 2016. Example order number: 1610122347349389947. There is only one transaction for this person in Click & Pledge, and it's a credit. However, on the report, two transactions appear: one as a payment and one as a credit (both for $50). In Salesforce, there is only one transaction for this person, which appears to be the payment.

              Good day @lbenigni

              Since the transaction has been credited, there will be two transactions listed in the report, one with the status of Authorized and one with Credited. Whereas in Salesforce we are NOT creating two transactions, simply we are updating the Transaction Result with the "Credit".
