  • Products not appearing on checkout page

    I created a checkout page in Portal four months ago and it worked fine for a while. Recently (I don't know when), it stopped showing products, saying: "Thank you for visiting. This page is currently incomplete. The organization has created this checkout page, but has not assigned any product or donation items to appear here."

    I logged into Portal and confirmed the product group previously assigned to this page still is. What am I missing?

    The above checkout page has been stopped showing on 31Aug2016 because you have set that Stop Date for this checkout page:

    However, we have extended it till 31Dec2017. Now you can see the page is working fine:
