C&P event registrant listed as "donation" opportunity record type instead of "sales"

Our event registrants for the Business of Farming Conference are coming through with "donation" opportunity record types instead of "sales". How do I fix that?

We reviewed your instance and it seems that you haven't updated the C&P Settings which is causing the above issue. However, we have updated the C&P Settings and moving forward it will assign the correct record type to the opportunity.

Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Can you tell me what needed to be updated and where I can do that, so in the future so we set our events correctly?

You may update by going into C&P Settings and clicking on update button for each tab.
