C&P Virtual Terminal not working

When any of our users try to access the Virtual Terminal, we get the following error:

Dear C&P,

I don't know if it's the same issue, but we had a similar Visualforce Error but with a different data type or element:

Visualforce Error
System.TypeException: Invalid long:
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

Thanks in advance for any guidance. We are using the C&P Connect VT in the interim.

Has that been posted earlier in another post? we have already answered it.

Please go to your C&P Settings > Virtual Terminal and SAVE (update) the setting and test it again.
