Can't access the Virtual Terminal through SalesForce.

I am not able to access the virtual terminal through SalesForce and I'm receiving this error:

Web service callout failed: Unable to parse callout response. Apex type not found for element endDate
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

Please advise.

In the meantime please use Connect virtual terminal as we are trying to figure out what is going on in Salesforce.

Dear C&P,

We are still seeing a similar when we try to VT from Salesforce, and we’re on the latest 9.7010.

Visualforce Error
System.TypeException: Invalid long:
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

Does this need to be fixed per Salesforce instance?

Please go to the C&P Settings and save the settings once.
