    Web service callout failed

    Today randomly when we clicked on the Virtual Terminal in Salesforce we started receiving:

    Web service callout failed: Unable to parse callout response. Apex type not found for element endDate
    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

    Wondering if you could give me a hand!

    We experienced the same issue when we tried to access Virtual Terminal for donation entry.

    We also granted login access.
