    We reviewed your instance and noticed that the reason for not firing the Autoresponder for above order number is because it didn't satisfy the condition. We noticed that the above transaction have included the Matching Gift and in the Responder you have NOT selected the Match Gift as condition:

    Please note that in case of Recurring, Future Transaction and Matching Gift, it is mandatory to check those boxes in order to satisfy the condition and fire the Autoresponder.

    Autoresponder not sending

    I have a transaction Order # 161021150946228 Acct.# 35419 that will not send an autoresponder. I do not see anything wrong with my autoresponder (Chandler ATF) parameters that don't matching with the transaction, but I can't figure out what is wrong.
