  • Errors After Update

    We have been using C&P for months without incident until the recent update to Connect 2.0. I've gone through all of the steps to have C&P update my SF plugins and I went in and reconnected everything to SF (on both the new and old portals) and I am still getting an error and Opportunities are not being created.

    I had been in touch with the Support Team, but they haven't responded to my issue since Wednesday of last week. I have a mailing that is going out tomorrow and need this issue resolved ASAP!

    Here is the error we are getting:
    System response:

    "Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Select a Contact Name: [ContactName__c]"

    The reason you see the above error is because the validation rule you have on opportunity is causing the issue to process the data in your instance:

    Please review the validation or deactivate it and try to re-post the data.
