Using the External Virtual Terminal with Auctions for Saleforce

I am trying to set up the eVT to use with Auctions. I have put in the URLS as specified in the guide, but when I go into Auctions for Salesforce and select "Save Credit Card" on the Check In object I keep getting the following message: "Sorry but we can't find your Salesforce account number in the system." I have looked in the portal at the page indicated and it confirms that it is connected.

The SF org id is 00Dj0000000JuIz
the C and P id is 36600
