Thanks, that's all we needed to know, we'll pursue other avenues for this use case. Appreciate the help!

Good day @jenntaylor
Sorry, what you are trying to do is not possible. In order to work those settings there must be Question and Answer. In your case those are NOT the custom questions.

Hi, thanks for the response. I've granted C&P Support 3 days access to org ID 00DA00000009Qrj
The record of the data is Transaction-0223 for order number 1610241524032391111
To reiterate, the Shipping information (for "Gift Testerson" in the transaction above) should be mapped to some custom *opportunity* fields if at all possible. And it's totally OK if it's not possible, we're just exploring options here. Thank you!

Good day @jenntaylor
Would you please grant us login access as well as share the Order number so that we can review it?
Also, please share the Organization ID so that we know how to locate your account.

Is it possible to map Shipping fields through the custom mapping?
We are using C&P with WooCommerce to process a variety of data. One use case we have (a gift subscription) requires us to capture the shipping information that does not belong to the purchaser. Is it possible to use the C&P Settings / Custom Mapping to map Shipping Address, Shipping City etc into custom fields on Opportunity (rather than the default mapping through Contacts & Accounts)?
My current mapping is using ShippingFirstName, ShippingLastName etc from the XML - it isn't working and I did confirm that the data comes through in the XML, it is visible in the C&P Data record for this transaction. I'm wondering if the shipping fields are simply treated differently and therefore not accessible to us to map in a custom way?
Thanks
Jenn
