Virtual Terminal - Existing card on file error for Partner Users.

We are having issues with allowing Partner users visibility to Virtual Terminal page when choosing an existing card on file.

When we are logged in as an enterprise user and go to (for example) this link, we are able to see the page fine.

And we have had luck with things like this with other C&P pages by enabling permissions to Partner users. (They can access the Virtual Terminal, just not in this case). Normally we would replace our community URL in front of the /APEX and the pages usually work fine. But in the case of this page we get an error that the page is not found.

Is there a different way we should be accessing this URL when logged into a Partner Community User?

For us this is going to be an important part of our Partner Users functions.
