  • Temporary contacts/donations issues

    We have been having issues with certain temporary contacts, and now with temporary donations processed after the latest package upgrade.

    Temporary donations confirmed yesterday were created with the status of "Letter of Intent Submitted" instead of "Posted" as they always were previously and should be going forward.
    Affected records:
    C&P order # 1610190939002425178 (Jessie H)
    C&P order # 1610172341373676456 (Scott C)
    C&P order # 1610181821559732402 (Tim G)
    Merged C&P order # 1610182024202651004 and C&P order #1610182022440701004 (Dan P)

    We have not been able to get the donations from temporary contact David L to go through. This was an issue prior to the upgrade.

    We reviewed your instance and found that the reason for getting "Letter of Intent Submitted" as opportunity stage is because in your C&P Settings >> Opportunity >> Stage, all are set to "Letter of Intent Submitted" ONLY. Please update the settings with Stage you would like to assign:

    Regarding the Temp contact, we noticed that the Contact has been deleted which associated with the RecurringID:188966 which is the reason you don't see any options to process the contact under C&P Temp contacts.

    However, in order to fix it, you need to assign any contact to above recurring and process those temp contacts.

      When we attempt to "Edit Contact Info" to add that contact (I see no way to just edit this record) the below error results and we are unable to update the record:


      invalid ID field: null
      Error is in expression '{!EditContactProcess}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page cnp_paas:recurringdetail: (CnP_PaaS)
      An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

            We have fixed the issue for the above recurring. However, we noticed that there are TWO more recurrings doesn't have contact associated with. Would you please share the ContactID's of those two recurring so that we can fix those two as well?
