I have 3 C&P admin accounts, but when I log into Connect with the common userid, only 2 of them show up. This is a new problem as of the 2-factor authentication. I have verified that I have full admin privileges on the one that doesn't show up. I see all 3 accounts when I log into the admin portal. What am I missing in Connect? Thanks.

The C&P Account Number is 30253. My user account has admin privileges now, but it didn't have full admin when Connect 2.0 was released, so it didn't get migrated. From reading other posts in the forum, my understanding is that I need to have a new admin user created for me in Connect. There are other admins who can do that for me, so I should be all set. Thanks.
