What is the sfevtid and where do I find it?

I'm setting up Auctions for salesforce and i want to link it to Click and Pledge. The instructions call for SFEVTID but do not say where this is found. Please let me know.

However, if you have created one eVT under C&P Embedded Virtual Terminal tab, you can get the SFeVTID in the base URL:
