  • Cannot repost a recurring gift from Connect to Salesforce

    Hi,

    I keep getting this error message and cannot repost a recurring gift to Salesforce.

    Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id 003A000000wm8GtIAI; first error: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY, invalid record type: []

    When we got this message first, the SF Connection was through one of our users, so I restablished the connection as Admin and it usually works, but this time, it didn't. Thank you in advance for lookin ginto this.

        We reviewed your instance and found that the issue is with the record type. You have inactivated the C&P Online record type which has been used previously in C&P Settings but you didn't updated the C&P Settings.

        Please login to your instance >> C&P Settings >> Contacts & Accounts >> Record Types > here select the record type you would like to assign and update the settings.

        Once you update the settings, re-post the data for above order number.

          Thank you very much for working on this. I re-posted the order from Connect, but I still got the same message and I don't see it as an opportunity in Salesforce. And I, as an admin, have read/wright privilege over this account/contact and the OAuth connection is through my user account, so I am really confused. What do you think I am missing here?

            Have you followed the instructions specified in my last post? Please update the Record Type under C&P Settings >> Contacts & Accounts >> Record Types and then re-post the data.

                We reviewed your instance and noticed that you have not update the settings. Please see the below image, the condition is "If WID is" and there is NO Campaign assigned. In this case it won't update the settings.

                  Thank you for checking this. I set it to Any WID and it worked! Thanks!

                  Also, could I ask you to upgrade Paas Class Library? As you see in the image, our version is not the latest. And also, please do NOT turn on the self-healing feature. Thank you so much!
