  • Transactions are not showing up in SalesForce

    Beginning on 9/1/16 no transactions that have come through virtual terminal or click and pledge events are appearing in our transaction record, contact records, or reports in SalesForce. Can you advise me on what we need to do to fix that? We have confirmed with the bank that these transactions are in fact coming through, but they are not appearing in salesforce anymore.

    Try logging into the Portal or into Connect, and verify your Salesforce Connection again.

    For portal.clickandpledge.com, it's Account Info > 3rd Party (tab) > Salesforce > SF Connection > Verify

    For Connect.ClickandPledge.com it's App Launcher (4 little squares icon) > Settings > 3rd Part integrations (left column) > Salesforce Connection > Verify

    It should suggest that it's connected or not, but in either case click Verify.

      Hello,

      I have followed the steps through "Connect.ClickandPledge.com. I have verified the connection (which did already say it was connected) and am waiting to see any changes. At this stage nothing has changed, and no transactions are showing between 9/1-10/12. I conducted a new transaction to test the connection and it has not posted in transactions. Perhaps there is a lag? Should I expect to be able to retrieve the transactions from the last month and half or will fixing the connection just work for new transactions? If this doesn't work, what do I try next?

      FYI: there was no thrid party tab to click through on portal.clickandpledge.com

        If you don't see the 3rd party tab in the old portal then that means you have limited access over the account. Please note that you must integrate with Admin user in Salesforce. However, we reviewed and noticed that under 3rd party, the URL is NOT correct as specified in the instructions:

          Can you also explain - "integrate with Admin user in Salesforce."

                Hello,

                I watched the webinar and see that we have one connected user listed in Click and pledge settings.

                I still do not see any C&P transactions (dated 9/1 to today) in our system (either under C&P transactions, reports, or in contact records). Is there something else we need to do to make these transactions show up in Salesforce as they did before?

                  We reviewed your account and noticed that you have NOT check the box for "post to Salesforce" under 3rd party which was the reason the data is not posting to your instance:

                  However, we have enabled that for you and moving forward the data will post your Salesforce instance.
