    Hi there,

    I'm trying to process my C&P temporary contacts in Salesforce, and one contact won't process and just shows me an error message. All my other contacts seemed to process fine.

    The error reads:
    • WID: WID: data value too large: 5c1cf1c5-d5e8-43a3-8b61-8d915daa0a44 (max length=18)
    • Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: STRING_TOO_LONG, WID: data value too large: 5c1cf1c5-d5e8-43a3-8b61-8d915daa0a44 (max length=18): [CnP_PaaS__CheckOutPageId__c]

    The error you are seeing is due to your instance not being up-to-date. We have posted this to the forum, and the HUB repeatedly. The new Connect posts the WID of the widgets & the new forms as 36 character unique ID. The old versions of our app had a field length of 18 characters. The new release has increased the width of this field to 40 characters. See the release notes: http://cnp.mn/2deJfN7

    We will go ahead and upgrade your instance immediately and notify you when finished.
