Need help changing "Billing Contact Email" on autoresponder

  • Need help changing "Billing Contact Email" on autoresponder

    Our autoresponder sends emails fine - but the header information needs to be changed and I'm not sure where it's pulling from. Katie Hamlyn may be set as our Administrator, but she's no longer with us and that needs to be shifted to me - but I don't know where in the system to see if this is true.

    The email should now be mine and also the phone number needs to be our main phone number - I'm just not sure where Billing Email and Billing Phone I see encoded on the RCCF Default template are feeding in from...

    How do I change this?

    Our Org ID is: 00D1a000000YF55 and you have access for the next three days if needed.

    Would you please share the order number and if possible the line at the bottom of the receipt you are referring to. Example below:

    The first set of numbers tells us the account number and the second set is the reference page.

    Once I have that information I will be able to tell you where it is coming from.

      I've checked several of the last few, and all I see is something like this:

      32851:110475:Internal-PaaS01:PaaS.20161010.003.042.003.098:api:169421:ur :

      - nothing longer. Does it help? Most recent 3 are all identical to that.

          We reviewed and noticed that the above information is getting from the checkout page WID#110475. Please login to portal and edit the respective checkout page and move to Step7:
