Recurring option not visible in virtual terminal

We appear to not be able to create new recurring transactions in the virtual terminal; it isn't an available option in our dropdown when we attempt to create a new recurring transaction.

I cannot see the image as it is PNG and as such it is too small.

Please note that the recurring will NOT show up unless the balance is greater than $0. I cannot see the image you have so I do not know what the total is. Is the balance greater than $0? have you added an item?

Once the balance is greater than $0 the recurring shows up. Of course the recurring will appear if the Virtual Terminal setting in C&P Settings has not set it to hide.
