  • Possible to trigger Autoresponder if there is no Contact yet?

Hi! Is it that Autoresponder will only be triggered if a reference Contact is found, and in the case of no Contact yet, the Temporary Contact must be processed before Autoresponder is triggered? Is there a way to trigger Autoresponder for a new Contact without having to process Temporary Contact?

    Good day bigbluepancake

No- not at this time. The Autoresponder depends on contact fields and without a contact those fields do not exist.

In release 10.x (due out early next year) we will be adding an option to the autoresponder to base the information on the posted data instead of contact. At that time you will have the option to choose which fields need to be used.

Currently there is no way to do this without a contact.

Thanks for the info. What I am trying to achieve is to send a email notification to a specific email everytime we detect a decline. Is there any way/workaround to achieve this at the moment?

By "decline" I mean a declined transaction.

          Good day!

Sorry but the answer is no. If you want to do it without a contact this cannot be done at this time.
