We recently held a meeting where our bookkeeper shared some questions/issues she has with the reports she is able to pull from the C&P portal.
First: Is there a way to pull a report based on deposit (i.e. a report that only showed all the transactions which were part of a certain deposit to our bank)? It appears now that when the transaction happens and when the transaction is included in the deposit don't always align (it seems like some cards take longer than others to process etc.). If there was a way to have a detailed report per deposit, that would be very helpful.
Second: It appears that some of the campaigns are not showing up in the report from the portal when the transaction is handled via virtual terminal. For a donation transaction should the campaign be entered in the "Item Campaign" field or the "Transaction Campaign" field? As of now we are entering the information in both, but there are a few where this information did not appear on the report. Do we need to select "Connect Campaign"? We haven't been using that field at all currently.
Third: I just now discovered that when I click on the C+P virtual terminal tab in Salesforce I get the following error: "Invalid long: An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified (CnP_PaaS)"
