  • Clicking Issue Credit Button Only Leads to Indefinite "Please Wait" Spinner

    Within Salesforce, I've clicked the Issue Credit button for a transaction but the "We are processing your request. Please Wait..." spinner has been spinning for several minutes now and the page has not refreshed. By several minutes, I mean over 30 minutes. What should I do?

    I was able to successfully credit the transaction using the Click and Pledge Portal. However, when I try to use the "Process Similar Transaction" button in Salesforce, I get the following error:


    Invalid long:
    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)


    Any help you all can give me to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. My Organization ID is: 00D4100000080ap

      Good day @abrown-ppc

      It is due to the C&P Settings has NOT been updated after the upgrade. However, we have updated the settings and moving forward there will be NO issues.

      For best practice, after upgrading to latest version please update your settings area once.​​​

        I'm relatively new to Click and Pledge as well as Salesforce. How do I update my settings area after an upgrade to the latest version?

          You can do that by going to each tab under the C&P Settings and clicking on Update button.
