  • Donations not posting in Salesforce

    Hi,

    We created a new donation form via visualforce and our test donations are not posting/syncing to Salesforce. They are, however, successfully processed in the back-end of Click and Pledge. I have the SKUs properly matched so I'm not sure what's going on.

    The website form is: https://conservationminnesota.secure.force.com/bobber/
    The Salesforce campaign that we're trying to map to is: FY2017 Fall Bobber Drive
    The SKU is: FALLBOBBER

    Our org instance ID is: 00D61000000IkvI and I granted access. Thanks for any guidance!

    We reviewed and noticed that the donation page which you are referring to is associated with the C&P Account#33087 and it is NOT connected to your Salesforce instance:
