    Thanks - can you clarify what does it mean to settle the Temporary Contacts? Also, curious as to why doesnt this show up in the C&P Transactions tab when it has gone through?

    I just checked your account & see both of these transactions. They are in the C&P Temporary Contact.

    Both of them have posted successfully. You need to settle the Temporary Contacts.

    started a topic C&P Transactions not posting to SF

    C&P Transactions not posting to SF

    I created a new form in C&P (Hearts & Wine 2017 Signup), and when a transaction is completed online on C&P, the transaction does not flow through to our SF account. I have gone into C&P->Account Info->3rd Party->Sf Connection and verified that C&P is connected to our SF instance. Can you please look into why these transactions are not posting to SF?
