I created a new form in C&P (Hearts & Wine 2017 Signup), and when a transaction is completed online on C&P, the transaction does not flow through to our SF account. I have gone into C&P->Account Info->3rd Party->Sf Connection and verified that C&P is connected to our SF instance. Can you please look into why these transactions are not posting to SF?
