The logging option was not enabled for the object in your instance so you do not have the log. We enabled it so moving forward you will be able to see it.

Well, I see that under the related lists. But I don't see that it sent something via the Autoresponder Log Tab. I know it probably sent something because I received copies. How do I see the actual log of it in SF?

Autoresponder log not logging?
Apparently since June, we just have not had anyone complain about no receipt until now. Does something need to be enabled? I tried searching for answers but did not easily find anything- sorry.Tags: None
