Error Code 2052 received using Virtual Terminal

I received the following error while trying to process a test transaction from the Virtual Terminal within Salesforce:

Error Code 2052
Transaction Result Xml Error
The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:AccountGuid' element is invalid - The value 'farallones' is invalid according to its datatype 'NormalizedString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.


Any ideas on what is causing this?

Account GUID is not set right in the C&P Settings > Accounts.

Please check the GUID - it is as shown below:

Thanks, that seems to have worked!

However, I tried to run a transaction using the test card number (4111 1111 1111 1111), but it was declined. Is this expected behavior, or should I be able to run test transactions via the virtual terminal?

TEST cards cannot be run in the Virtual Terminal. Virtual Terminal processes real cards only.

Are you using the test card in the VT?
