All Temporary Contacts matching a single contact recortd

Recently, all Temporary Contacts are only offering to match a single contact record and I can't search for another contact. I have checked this contact for something like our receipt email being used in his account but I see nothing obvious.

We reviewed your instance and found that the reason for above isssue is the recurring record which you have created manually. Please see below:



The above recurring ID has been created manually and it doesn't have Order number as well as the "Related Transaction(s) List" order numbers are having some alpha/numeric characters.

Whenever the Temporary contact creates, our system will look for the matchs in the system eg: last name, email, Recurring records.. etc. As there is NO order number for the above recurring ID it ended-up with above match.

However, in order to fix the above issue you must either need the order number or need to delete the above recurring record.
