Post Installation steps

Hi

We need the post installation steps to be performed for the org 00D2C0000000i1X. I have provided the access to C&P support ID.

Please note that we already have an instance of C&P running on our production org. And we need to move it to a new org and for that purpose we are setting this up in a new sandbox (the org mentioned above). So, with this installation we hope that the already existing C&P in the old production org is not affected.

It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. But when I log in to the portal, I see that our production environment details have been put in the SF connection and we don't want to change that. Will there be a different portal for the sandbox environment?

Sorry but you may only connect an account to one Salesforce instance. There are no settings for the Sandbox.
