    We fixed the issue by clicking the 'Repost' at the 'C&P Data' layout.

    Note that re-posting won't create the duplicate records in salesforce, it will delete all the existing records related to that transaction order and recreates it.

    Hope that solves the issue, please let us know if we can be of any other assistance.

    Hi there, I'm having trouble with a transaction from C&P Connect to Salesforce. The transaction - order number 1609121930397296216 - is showing on C&P Connect as posted to Salesforce, but it's not actually in Salesforce.
    I also got an error report this morning:

    I don't want to repost and create a duplicate transaction in SF - please advise? My Org ID is 00Dd0000000i8lD and I've already granted access to my account to C&P Support.
