Friday afternoon Errors

On Friday Afternoon, around the same time several of our users received the following error. And several others had transactions not post to Salesforce saying there was a error. While the error was a 2052 the result it is giving is saying the users password into the system is the error. This happened once before in June. I know it is not the transactions themselves. Any input into why this occurred would be helpful.

We are a bit surprised by the error you are posting. The error talks about TrackData which is the data used by the card swiper in the Box Office and eVT for Auctions. That information is not sent through any other application.

Where is this transaction taking place?

If data is not posting to Salesforce it means the connection is not valid or Salesforce is rejecting the data. Have you reviewed the transaction in Connect to see if it has posted?
