Give Big Platform -- foreign transactions

Are there any known issues with the Give Big platform and transactions initiated from foreign countries? I have a donor who is travelling in Europe (I believe the address connected to their cc is in the US). That person has attempted to make donations with multiple credit cards and they have all received errors.

Do you have any insight?

There are no issues with transacting from other countries.

Please let us know your Click & Pledge account number and the first name of the donor so review the transaction.

The donor's first name (depending on which credit card they used) is Masen, S. Masen, or Skylar.

31410 is our account.
